Summary

This website does not track you. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology. We do not collect personal data through this website. There are no forms, no sign-up flows, and no data collection mechanisms on this site.

1. Who we are

Clarity is an Australia company. This website (https://compliancewithclarity.com/) is a static informational site describing our platform. All enquiries are handled via LinkedIn.

2. What we collect on this website

Nothing. This website is a static site hosted on AWS. We do not use:

  • Cookies (first-party or third-party)
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or any other)
  • Tracking pixels or advertising beacons
  • Browser fingerprinting
  • Contact forms or data collection forms
  • Newsletter sign-ups or email capture
  • Chat widgets or support tools
  • Social media tracking scripts

Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) may be collected by the hosting infrastructure (AWS) as part of normal operations. These logs are not processed by us for any purpose and are subject to the AWS Privacy Policy.

3. The Clarity platform (separate from this website)

The Clarity MBSE platform is a separate, authenticated application. When you use the platform (not this website), we process data necessary to provide the service. The platform’s data handling is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement provided to all customers. Key principles:

  • Per-tenant isolation — your data is cryptographically separated from other tenants
  • Encryption everywhere — KMS at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit
  • Open data — all data stored as open JSON; fully exportable at any time; no vendor lock-in
  • Data residency — deployable to any AWS region including GovCloud (US), IRAP (Australia), and UK classified regions
  • No training on your data — your data is never used to train AI models
  • Right to deletion — full data deletion on request, verified and certified

4. International data considerations

This website is hosted on AWS infrastructure. We are committed to compliance with data protection regulations across the jurisdictions we serve, including:

  • GDPR (EU/UK) — no personal data is collected on this website; platform customers receive a GDPR-compliant DPA
  • Australian Privacy Act 1988 — compliant as our home jurisdiction
  • CCPA (California) — no personal information is sold or shared
  • AUKUS / Five Eyes / 14 Eyes — platform deployment options include sovereign regions for all allied nations; data residency controlled by the customer

5. Third-party links

This site links to LinkedIn for contact and enquiries. When you follow a link to LinkedIn, their privacy policy applies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party privacy practices.

6. Changes to this policy
