What product intelligence is

Your systems remember what was built. None of them remember why.

Every system of record in the standard stack — product lifecycle (PLM), resource planning (ERP), manufacturing (MES), maintenance (MRO) and asset management (EAM) — holds its own slice of the truth. None of them builds the connected model that explains how those slices relate, and none can judge whether a decision resting on them is sound. Bolting a chatbot onto one of them does not change that: an AI-powered record is still a record.

When the review comes, the artefacts are all there. The decision itself cannot be found.

No tool in the standard stack was designed to hold a decision as a first-class object. The choice made, the alternatives weighed, the evidence relied on, the authority who signed it off — these live between the tools, in inboxes and meeting minutes, and they are the first thing to vanish when people move on.

At its core is the DeZolve Decision Intelligence Framework, which computes a decision’s evidence coverage before it is committed: how much of the reasoning is verified, how much is inferred, and where the gaps are.
